Our massage rooms are large enough to allow you to bring someone, such as your spouse, with you for your session. We have no issues allowing your spouse, friend, etc., sit in the therapy room while you are receiving your massage. We want you to feel comfortable, and we empathize that seeing a male therapist for the first time can be a very stressful situation.
No, you do not have to remove all of your clothing for a massage session. We ask that you undress to your comfort level. We will have you draped (covered with a sheet) by default, so if you are comfortable removing all your clothing, please feel free to do so. If you would rather keep your underwear on, please do so. If you are only having your upper body worked on, and you want to leave your shorts or pants on, please do so. Again, this is your comfort level we are discussing.
We get this question a lot, actually. If you are attending yoga class, or spending time on the yoga floor, we do ask that you remove your shoes. If you are simply walking to the restroom, or one of our treatment rooms, removing your shoes is not necessary, but you are welcome to remove your shoes at any time.
We know life happens, and sometimes this means you may miss a scheduled appointment. If this happens once or twice, there is usually not an issue other than you taking up valuable time that our therapist(s) could have spent working on someone else. If you are cancelling a lot of the time, you will be charged when you visit us the next time.
No! We do not have memberships or contracts here at Wellness Integration Center. We feel that you should be able to come and go at your leisure, and not worry about things like membership cancellation. The introductory pricing is a per hour rate for your first visit to our studio, assuming your first visit is for massage, reiki, or reflexology services.
