At Wellness Integration Center, your wellness goals are our focus.
In 2011, Jason started the process of executing his life dream of becoming a licensed massage therapist. He completed courses and internship at the Texas School of Massage, obtained his Texas license, and began seeing clients through different venues. He started the company, Shipman Bodywork, which slowly evolved into Wellness Integration Center, with the intention to add on more services. At about the same time, in 2011, Janine began a similar journey in better understanding the mind-body link through practicing yoga. In 2013 she earned her Yoga Teaching Certificate. Shortly thereafter she started teaching both open yoga classes and progressive classes. It was always the intention to eventually combine this essential exercise to Jason’s massage therapy to synergistically meet our client’s needs.
Our desire is to provide the community with multiple services that support an individual’s needs, whether that is in support of healing a current ailment, or condition, or perhaps maintain the body’s current healthfulness. We wish to provide a safe and nurturing environment, allowing us to execute these services to the benefit of your body, mind and spirit.
